The manufacturer of smart rings, Oura, has officially filed an application for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the United States. Data reveals that for the nine-month period ending on June 30, the company's revenue soared to $1.21 billion. However, its net loss also widened, reaching $924.3 million. In comparison, during the same period the previous year, Oura's revenue stood at $697.6 million, accompanied by a net loss of $182.8 million. The escalation in losses can be attributed, in part, to the payment of deemed dividends to specific holders of redeemable convertible preferred shares.
