Micron Technology announced that it will distribute the highest-ever bonuses to over 60,000 employees worldwide. Among them, employees in the Taiwan region will receive a total reward equivalent to 35 to 68 months' salary. Employees hired before August 29, 2025, will each receive a bonus of NT$1 million, with the remaining employees receiving amounts proportional to their tenure. Additionally, there will be annual performance bonuses of up to 500% of the base target and extra stock awards. The minimum cash compensation for employees in the region will be NT$1.7 million, with entry-level engineers receiving an average cash compensation of NT$2.9 million and an average total compensation of NT$3.4 million including stock awards. Annual performance salary adjustments and stock awards will cover all employees, enabling them to become shareholders of the company.
