Held from November 24 to 25 in Zhuhai and Macau, the 2025 RISC-V Industry Development Conference and RDSA International Forum, under the theme of "Jointly Establishing Standards, Linking Ecosystems," was a significant gathering. This event was jointly organized by the RISC-V Working Committee of the China Electronics Standardization Institute, the RDSA Industry Alliance, the Greater Bay Area RISC-V Open-Source Ecosystem Development Center, and the Macau Institute of Industrial Technology.
The conference encompassed an opening ceremony, a main forum, a special forum dedicated to global cooperation, and eight thematic sub-forums. It drew in over a thousand industry representatives from across the globe, covering a wide array of sectors including chip design, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive electronics, aerospace, telecommunications, and more.
During the conference, the RISC-V standard system was officially unveiled. Furthermore, numerous international collaborations were forged, and city-level strategic agreements were inked. An "Excellent Application Case Exhibition" was also set up to spotlight the innovative accomplishments and commercial potential of RISC-V across various industries.
Notably, four innovative achievements from RisingTech made it to the annual release list. These included the narrowband satellite communication chip CM6650N, a research and application demonstration of key technologies that integrate digital RMB and digital identity based on RISC-V core security chips, home appliance communication solutions, and AI toy solutions.
