The figures reveal that Axcelis generated revenue of $213.6 million in the third quarter, achieving a gross profit of $88.806 million and a gross margin ratio of 41.6%. Its operating profit stood at $25.02 million, translating to an operating profit margin of 11.7%, while operating expenses amounted to $63.786 million.
