The letter also clarified that all operations of Nexperia's domestic subsidiaries are running smoothly, with employee salaries and benefits being paid without interruption. Production and business activities are proceeding in an orderly fashion. The board of directors and management team are fully committed to ensuring the stable operation of the company, firmly opposing any external interference that could disrupt business or infringe upon employees' rights and interests.
