After the Netherlands imposed a 17-day operational 'freeze' on the overseas semiconductor assets of Wingtech, a Chinese enterprise, leading to a 'decoupling' between Chinese and Dutch companies, on the afternoon of October 18, Nexperia Semiconductor (China) Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that employees will continue to follow work instructions from Nexperia's domestic companies and have the right to reject external instructions without the consent of the legal representative of Nexperia's domestic companies. The announcement pointed out that Nexperia's domestic employees have established labor relations with domestic companies, and their salaries, bonuses, and benefits are paid by Nexperia's domestic companies, not by Nexperia's Dutch entities. Currently, all of Nexperia's domestic entities' operations, as well as employee salaries and benefits, remain normal.
