Tesla is reportedly scaling back its Cybertruck production, with significantly reduced output targets across multiple production lines in recent months. The Gigafactory in Austin, Texas, is currently operating at a fraction of its initial capacity, and the Cybertruck team has been downsized by half. This shift follows a previous adjustment to production plans announced in December of last year, when Tesla informed its workforce of lowered production targets for the first quarter of 2025.
