John began his journey with Apple in 2001, initially contributing as part of the product design team. His career progressed significantly within the company, leading to his promotion to Vice President of Hardware Engineering in 2013. He further ascended to the position of Senior Vice President of Hardware Engineering in 2021. Throughout his tenure at Apple, John has been instrumental in overseeing the hardware engineering for numerous innovative products. His leadership has been pivotal in launching new product lines, including the iPad and AirPods, as well as overseeing multiple generations of the iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch.
