Apple has recently unveiled the official repair guide for the MacBook Neo, revealing that its keyboard can be replaced on its own. This marks a departure from the enduring integrated 'top case' design traditionally employed in MacBooks. In the past, when users needed to replace the keyboard on their MacBook, they were required to replace the entire 'Top Case' assembly. This assembly encompasses the aluminum upper casing along with the keyboard. For instance, the repair component for the latest MacBook Air is designated as the 'top case with keyboard', whereas for the MacBook Pro, it is referred to as the 'top case with battery and keyboard'.
