In October this year, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear the six-year-long antitrust lawsuit between Apple and Epic Games. Prior to this, several government representatives, business giants, and legal think tanks, including the U.S. Solicitor General, the Washington Legal Foundation, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Progress, and the International Center for Law & Economics, have submitted amicus curiae briefs to the Supreme Court, expressing strong support for Apple's core appellate claims.
