In 2023, Jiufeng Energy set up its holding subsidiary, Hainan Jiufeng Special Gas Co., Ltd., in Hainan Province. This subsidiary acts as the executing body for the special fuel and gas support project at the Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site. At present, the first phase of the project has been successfully operationalized, providing essential special fuels and gases—including liquid hydrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and helium—for eight rocket launches conducted by the Hainan Commercial Aerospace Launch Center. The quality of these products has been rigorously tested and validated through these successful launches. In addition, to keep pace with the rapidly escalating demand for special fuels and gases in rocket launch activities and the Star-Rocket Industrial Park, the company is vigorously pursuing the expansion plan for the project's second phase.
