• Promoting the widespread adoption of satellite internet technology. Enterprises offering value-added services will be eligible for a one-time reward of up to 10 million yuan.
• Supporting the establishment of satellite internet constellations. Firms that secure a basic telecommunications business license for satellite communications will receive a one-time reward of 50 million yuan.
