Purai Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 688766.SH) has issued a statement revealing its intention to acquire a 49% equity stake in Zhuhai Noah Changtian Storage Technology Co., Ltd. The acquisition will be carried out through methods such as issuing new shares, and the company will also raise corresponding funds (here, “corresponding funds” is used for a more natural flow in the context; “matching funds” remains a valid option based on precise financial terminology).
At present, this transaction is still in the preliminary planning phase. Based on current assessments, it is not anticipated to be classified as a significant asset restructuring or a related-party transaction. In compliance with regulatory requirements, the company's stock will cease trading from November 26, 2025. The anticipated duration of the trading halt will not exceed 10 trading days.
