Today, Nanxin Technology proudly announced the launch of its 700V high-voltage gallium nitride (GaN) half-bridge power chip, the SC3610. This innovative chip seamlessly integrates a high-voltage linear regulator, an intelligent gate driver, and a lossless current-sensing circuit. It accommodates a broad input voltage spectrum, ranging from 9V to 80V, while sustaining a stable 6V gate drive voltage. The chip's intelligent driver allows for programmable control over switching speeds, fine-tuning slew rates, and strategically delaying secondary turn-on events. These features collectively enable the chip to operate at high frequencies with exceptional efficiency and minimal electromagnetic interference (EMI).

The SC3610 chip boasts built-in lossless current-sensing capabilities, ensuring accurate monitoring without power loss. Additionally, it supports zero reverse recovery charge, enhancing its performance in high-speed switching scenarios. Encased in a compact QFN6x8 package, this chip is ideally suited for high-frequency soft-switching applications. These include power supplies for AI servers, high-power industrial power systems, and motor drives, encompassing both LLC and AHB topologies.
