Based on the most recent data provided by German retailer Mindfactory, AMD has secured a decisive and overwhelming lead over Intel in the CPU market. During week 47 of this year, Mindfactory reported the sale of 2,260 AMD CPUs, which accounted for over 90% of the total market share in their sales. In stark contrast, a mere 220 Intel products were sold across all their series during the same period.
The remarkable sales growth of AMD can be largely attributed to its X3D series gaming processors. Specifically, the combined sales of the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and Ryzen 7 7800X3D models have soared past 1,000 units. This impressive figure represents nearly half of AMD's total sales volume for that week, highlighting the significant impact these processors have had on the market.
