Following the unveiling of its complete architecture and technical intricacies, Intel's upcoming next-generation mobile processor, dubbed Panther Lake (also recognized as the Core Ultra 300 Series), has had all its model designations leaked to the public. This comprehensive leak encompasses details on CPU core configurations, turbo frequencies, integrated graphics specifications, and thermal design power. However, crucial information such as base frequencies, L2/L3 cache capacities, and integrated graphics frequencies remains under wraps.

The series leverages Intel's cutting-edge 18A process technology, merging the exceptional energy efficiency of Lunar Lake with the high-performance capabilities of Arrow Lake. This fusion enables it to cater to a broad spectrum of applications, ranging from consumer and commercial AI PCs to gaming handhelds and edge AI robots.

The flagship model within this series boasts a maximum turbo frequency of 5.1GHz, complemented by 12Xe integrated graphics. It offers a diverse array of configurations, spanning from 8 cores to 16 cores + 12Xe integrated graphics, to cater to the varying demands of the market. In terms of thermal design power, the series provides a base power consumption of 25W, with acceleration power consumption escalating up to 65W or 80W. This range offers OEM manufacturers the flexibility to tailor their products according to specific requirements.
