According to the Aiqicha App, Beijing HuiXi Intelligence Information Technology Co., Ltd. has recently undergone industrial and commercial updates. A new shareholder, Zhiyuan Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Zhiyuan Robot), has joined the fold, leading to an increase in the company's registered capital to RMB 30.9145 million. Established in 2022, the company, with Xu Ningyi as its legal representative, operates across a broad spectrum, including the integration of artificial intelligence industry application systems, the advancement of theory and algorithm software, as well as hardware sales.
