The company has deliberated and passed a resolution to rebrand itself, proposing a change from 'Hangzhou Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd.' to the more streamlined 'Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd.' At present, the company is navigating through the necessary industrial and commercial registration modifications to effectuate this change. In tandem with these developments, the IPO counseling team is working closely with Unitree Robotics to assess potential investment avenues for the funds to be raised.
