From September 28 to 29, Liu Wei, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of the Ministry of Transport, conducted research in Hangzhou and Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, focusing on the development of new quality productive forces in the transportation sector, the construction of comprehensive transportation hubs, and the high-quality development of ports. He also supervised the work related to transportation safety production and service guarantees during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays. In Hangzhou, Liu Wei visited the Urban Brain Operation Command Center and proposed implementing the 'Artificial Intelligence + Transportation' initiative to promote the large-scale innovative application of artificial intelligence in the transportation sector. Additionally, he visited Hangzhou West Railway Station, emphasizing the need to coordinate the construction of comprehensive transportation hubs, strengthen their intelligent, safe, and green development, improve the modern and comprehensive transportation system, and enhance service levels and overall efficiency.
