On September 16, Huawei published a collection of reports named "Intelligent World 2035," which delineate the top ten technological trends expected to shape the coming decade. According to these reports, by 2035, the overall computing capacity across society is projected to escalate by a staggering 100,000 times. The computing sector is poised to undergo groundbreaking innovations spanning four key areas: architecture, materials, processes, and paradigms, ushering in novel forms of computation. Data is set to emerge as the central driving force behind artificial intelligence development, with the demand for AI storage capacity projected to surge 500-fold compared to 2025 levels, constituting over 70% of the total. Moreover, Agentic AI is anticipated to spearhead transformations in storage paradigms. Additionally, the reports forecast significant technological advancements in domains such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), AI agents, human-machine collaborative programming, multimodal interaction, L4+ autonomous driving, the Internet of Agents, and energy management.
