According to the report, the global cybersecurity talent gap is projected to increase to 4.8 million by 2025, representing a 19% year-on-year growth. Among these, positions in cybersecurity operations have ranked first in proportion for three consecutive years. Companies are more inclined to hire candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience and practical capabilities, with 28.2% of positions requiring this level of experience, and 76.2% and 72.2% of positions respectively emphasizing work experience and practical skills.
