Tesla's sales took a sharp nosedive in numerous European countries during April, with Sweden witnessing an alarming 81% decrease, marking its lowest point in two and a half years. Similarly, sales in the Netherlands plummeted by 73.8%. This downturn can be attributed primarily to European consumers gravitating towards Chinese electric vehicles and the political viewpoints of Tesla CEO Elon Musk, which have spurred some consumers to boycott the brand. Furthermore, factors such as Tesla's sluggish model updates and rigid pricing strategies have also played a role in dampening sales. According to data, Tesla's sales have been on a four-month consecutive decline across most regions of Europe.
