The Nezha Auto App has reportedly encountered an internet disconnection issue, catapulting related topics to the forefront of trending lists on platforms like Douyin and Weibo. According to numerous car owners on social media, beginning on May 2, the Nezha Auto App has experienced issues such as internet disconnection and the inability to utilize vehicle control functions. Screenshots shared by users show that the "Discover" section on the App's homepage displays messages like "No data available, click to retry" or "Poor network, please check and retry," while some users encounter an "HTTP 502 Bad Gateway" error, preventing them from logging in. Furthermore, some car owners have reported that although they can open the App, the car's location does not update, and crucial information such as charging reminders and driving range is inaccessible. As of now, Nezha Auto has yet to publicly address this matter. However, a few car owners have revealed that they received a notice in a WeChat group on May 3, informing them that the App's backend was undergoing maintenance and that the Worry-Free Interface functions were temporarily unavailable, with a separate announcement for the recovery time forthcoming. Car owners were also advised to carry mechanical keys as a precautionary measure for emergencies.
