XPeng Motors holds land use rights spanning over 1 million square meters in Wuhan, with a tenure extending to 2072 or beyond. The construction of its new production base commenced in July 2021 and was successfully completed in March 2025. Currently, the facility is in the process of undergoing inspection and awaiting final acceptance. Additionally, XPeng Motors has pledged a portion of the assets from its factories located in Wuhan, Guangzhou, and Zhaoqing, collectively valued at approximately 5.36 billion Chinese yuan.
