On April 11th, the China Passenger Car Association (CVPCA) released data indicating that retail sales of new energy passenger vehicles in China from April 1st to 6th totaled 113,000 units. This figure represents a significant year-on-year increase of 17% but a slight month-on-month decline of 17%. Since the start of the year, cumulative retail sales have amounted to 2.533 million units, marking a robust 35% year-on-year growth. Meanwhile, during the same period, manufacturers' national wholesale volume of new energy passenger vehicles stood at 120,000 units, an increase of 25% year-on-year but a decrease of 16% month-on-month. Cumulative wholesale sales have reached 2.968 million units, up 42% year-on-year.
