In November, China's automobile production soared to 3.532 million units, while sales reached 3.429 million units, marking year-on-year increases of 2.8% and 3.4%, respectively. From January to November, the cumulative automobile production and sales figures stood at 31.231 million units and 31.127 million units, respectively, reflecting year-on-year growth rates of 11.9% and 11.4%.

In the same month, the production and sales of new energy vehicles (NEVs) hit 1.880 million units and 1.823 million units, respectively, experiencing year-on-year surges of 20.0% and 20.6%. NEVs accounted for a significant 53.2% of the total new vehicle sales. Over the first eleven months of the year, the total production and sales of NEVs reached 14.907 million units and 14.780 million units, respectively, showcasing year-on-year growth of 31.4% and 31.2%, with NEVs making up 47.5% of all new vehicle sales.
