After initially weakening, Typhoon No. 8 'Zujiecao' has re-intensified into a typhoon east of the Ryukyu Islands. Forecasts predict it will move northwest at a speed of 15-20 kilometers per hour, gradually gaining strength as it approaches the eastern part of the East China Sea. The typhoon is anticipated to head towards the coastal regions spanning from northern Zhejiang to southern Jiangsu. In light of this developing situation, the Zhejiang Maritime Safety Administration initiated a Grade III anti-typhoon emergency response at 7:00 AM on July 28.
