On September 23 (local time), Boeing disclosed that Biman Bangladesh Airlines had further augmented its fleet expansion plans by ordering an additional 11 Boeing passenger aircraft. This new order comprises five 787-10 Dreamliners and six 737-8 aircraft. Earlier in April of this year, Biman Bangladesh Airlines had already committed to purchasing 14 Boeing 787 and 737 MAX series passenger aircraft. With this latest addition, the airline's total orders for the year have now climbed to 25, reflecting its ambitious growth strategy and commitment to modernizing its fleet.
