Zhongding Share issued a public announcement, stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Ruisibo Robot Technology Co., Ltd., has recently inked a "Project Cooperation Agreement" with Shenzhen LimX Dynamics Technology Co., Ltd. and Hefei Flexible Kotian Robot Materials Co., Ltd. The trio intends to jointly invest in setting up a limited liability company, with a focus on the production and contracting business of humanoid robots. Moreover, they are dedicated to constructing a supply system for core components. The registered capital of this joint venture stands at 50 million yuan. Ruisibo will contribute 30 million yuan in cash from its own coffers, thus holding a 60% stake. LimX Dynamics will contribute technology valued at 10 million yuan, securing a 20% stake. Similarly, Flexible Kotian will also contribute 10 million yuan in cash, also holding a 20% stake.
