Intelligence agencies from two NATO member countries disclosed to the media that Russia is developing a new type of anti-satellite weapon, planning to create a large-scale, high-density pellet cloud in low Earth orbit to interfere with or disable the Starlink satellite communication constellation owned by Musk.
