On September 9th, Bestechnic made an announcement stating that Liang Zhang, who serves as the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman, has proposed a share repurchase plan. According to this plan, the company will utilize its own funds, ranging from RMB 50 million to RMB 100 million, to repurchase shares through centralized bidding transactions. The repurchase price is capped at RMB 150 per share, and the repurchased shares are intended for employee shareholding schemes and/or equity incentive programs.
