The company revealed that the CNN300 NPU IP, developed in collaboration with Longing Aerospace, has achieved significant industrialization milestones. The GPNPU SoC AI PC chip, built around this core technology, has successfully completed its overall design and is now entering the tape-out verification phase—a critical breakthrough in China’s development of AI PC core chips.
The chip leverages cutting-edge technology, incorporating a 64-bit high-performance dual-core RISC-V CPU and integrating the CNN300 IP, which delivers multi-core computing power of up to 32TOPS. Its design supports multi-chip interconnection, allowing for scalable computing capacity and enhanced performance to meet the rigorous demands of AI PC applications, including high-quality voice and video processing, as well as generative artificial intelligence tasks.
