Concurrently, the construction of the Hainan Wenchang Satellite Testing and Reliability Engineering Center is advancing steadily. With a total investment of 420 million yuan, the project is anticipated to initially establish testing capabilities by the end of 2026 and achieve full-scale production by the end of 2028. It is projected to generate an estimated annual output value ranging from 800 million to 1 billion yuan. The center will deliver localized, full-chain testing services for rockets, satellites, and associated products.
