Meanwhile, Nvidia's stock took a significant hit, plummeting over 4%, following news that Google's AI chip, TPU, had garnered purchase inquiries from Meta. AMD's shares also suffered, dropping more than 6%. On a brighter note, the majority of Chinese concept stocks witnessed an uptick, with Pony.ai soaring over 5%, Hesai Technology climbing more than 4%, although NIO experienced a slight dip, falling over 2%.
