Samsung has provided samples of its currently fastest GDDR7 memory, which operates at a speed of 36Gbps and has a single-chip capacity of 24Gb (equivalent to 3GB). This memory adopts an advanced process, with double the bandwidth and density of GDDR6. It improves energy efficiency by 25% and reduces thermal resistance by 70%, making it suitable for data centers, high-performance computing, and gaming products.
