On November 18, Xiaomi Group unveiled its financial report for the third quarter (Q3) of 2025. During the earnings call, Lu Weibing, who serves as both a partner and the president of the company, shared that Xiaomi Automobile is poised to reach its annual delivery goal of 350,000 units within this week.
Turning to the matter of escalating storage costs, Lu Weibing pointed out that the upward trajectory of memory prices represents a long-term trend. This trend is largely fueled by the burgeoning demand for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) in the wake of the AI boom. In response, Xiaomi has proactively secured a full-year supply agreement with its partners for 2026, aiming to guarantee a steady and reliable supply. Looking ahead, the company is considering implementing price increases and upgrading its product lineup as strategies to mitigate cost pressures.
