Employing a cutting-edge 3nm process technology, this chip boasts a CPU with an all-large-core architecture, which provides an impressive computing power of 280K DMIPS. The GPU is designed to support hardware-level ray tracing, offering a graphics computing capability of up to 4000 GFLOPS. Additionally, the NPU is equipped to support on-device generative AI technology, with a remarkable computing power of up to 53 TOPS.

The chip incorporates the Armv9 architecture, enabling it to support AI large language models with up to 13 billion parameters. This capability allows it to run a diverse range of generative AI applications seamlessly. The Dimensity Cockpit S1 Ultra stands out for its high level of integration, driving the evolution of automotive system-level hardware architectures. It supports advanced functions such as 360-degree surround view, enhancing the driving experience.

From a multimedia perspective, the chip excels by supporting multi-screen operation through a single chip, enabling the concurrent operation of up to 10 screens.
