During the conference, China Mobile made significant announcements. It revealed an upgraded "AI+" action plan and the establishment of the "AI+" Ecosystem Alliance. Looking ahead to 2028, China Mobile has set its sights on a substantial expansion in the artificial intelligence sector. The company aims to double its investment in AI by the end of that year. Its grand vision includes constructing China's largest and most technologically sophisticated intelligent computing infrastructure. A key component of this plan is the creation of a GPU cluster comprising 100,000 cards. This formidable cluster is projected to deliver computing power in excess of 100 exaFLOPS. Moreover, China Mobile is committed to fully embracing domestically-produced chips. This strategic move is designed to expedite the nation's AI autonomy and diminish reliance on foreign technologies.
