On October 16th, a report based on the investor relations activity record revealed that Jingsheng Mechanical and Electrical announced that, on September 26th, its inaugural 12-inch silicon carbide substrate processing pilot line officially commenced operations at its subsidiary, Zhejiang Jingrui SuperSiC.
To date, Zhejiang Jingrui SuperSiC has successfully achieved independent research and development, along with 100% localization of equipment across the entire production process—spanning from crystal growth and processing to inspection. This milestone signifies Jingsheng's evolution from a parallel competitor to a frontrunner in the global SiC substrate technology arena, ushering in a new era of efficient and intelligent manufacturing.
Looking ahead, Jingsheng Mechanical and Electrical is poised to expedite the mass production of its production line. The company aims to supply customers with high-quality, cost-effective large-sized silicon carbide substrates. Moreover, it will collaborate closely with partners along the industrial chain to collectively advance the development of China's third-generation semiconductor industry.
