Darbond Technology disclosed that between September 29 and October 15, 2025, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund divested a total of 1.5173 million shares of the company. This was achieved via both centralized bidding transactions and block trades. As a result, the fund's ownership stake in Darbond Technology decreased from 15.00% to 13.93%, marking a reduction to the nearest whole percentage point. This adjustment in equity holdings was carried out in accordance with a previously announced share - reduction plan. Furthermore, it does not give rise to any mandatory tender offer obligations under relevant regulations.
