This afternoon, domestic tech firm Wingtech Technology made a public announcement stating that its semiconductor subsidiary, Anshi Semiconductor, had its assets, valued at 1.47 billion yuan, frozen by the Dutch government. The Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy issued a ministerial decree, barring Anshi Semiconductor and its 30 global subsidiaries from making any adjustments to their assets, intellectual property, operations, or personnel for a duration of one year.

Furthermore, the Dutch Enterprise Chamber has ruled to temporarily suspend Zhang Xuezheng, the Chairman and CEO of Anshi Semiconductor, from his position. Additionally, it appointed a foreign individual as a non-executive director who holds decisive voting power. Moreover, the chamber placed Anshi Semiconductor's shares (with the exception of one share) into a trust managed by a third party.

Wingtech Technology clarified that while its control over Anshi Semiconductor is currently constrained, its economic interests remain intact, and Anshi's day-to-day operations are proceeding as usual. The company has vowed to take all necessary measures to overcome these challenges and aims to resume trading activities starting from October 13, 2025.
