Wingtech Technology has issued a statement revealing that its subsidiary, Nexperia, has been the subject of a ministerial directive from the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, as well as a decision handed down by the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. At present, Nexperia continues its regular day-to-day operations. However, in the near term, it anticipates alterations or extensions to its decision-making processes, along with a reduction in the flexibility of its resource allocation. These factors could potentially affect the company's operational efficiency.

In response to these challenges, Nexperia is maintaining open lines of communication with its suppliers and customers. The aim is to uphold the fundamental stability of its workforce, production schedules, and sales channels. Additionally, the company is seeking advice from international law firms regarding potential legal recourse. It is also actively engaging with pertinent government departments to solicit their support.

Furthermore, it is announced that trading of the company's stock and convertible corporate bonds will recommence at the market opening on October 13, 2025. Alongside this, the conversion process for the 'Wingtech Convertible Bond' will also resume.
