MediaTek has reported that its revenue for September 2025 hit NT$54.33 billion (equivalent to roughly RMB 12.681 billion). This figure reflects a remarkable 21.61% surge compared to the same period last year and a 21.96% rise from the previous month. For the period spanning from January to September 2025, MediaTek's cumulative consolidated revenue reached NT$445.778 billion (about RMB 104.044 billion), indicating a 13.56% increase year-on-year. In late September, MediaTek rolled out its latest flagship mobile platform, the Dimensity 9500. Leveraging TSMC's cutting-edge third-generation 3nm process technology, this platform stands out as the first to support 4-lane UFS 4.1 flash memory. Smartphones powered by this platform are set to enter the market next week. Moreover, the product launch event for the vivo X300 series is slated for October 13th, with the Dimensity 9500 making its debut as the chipset of choice.
