They must also respect the personality rights and intellectual property rights of others, refraining from unauthorized use of individuals' portraits in their creations. Furthermore, creators are tasked with ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of information pertaining to goods and services, strictly prohibiting the fabrication, exaggeration, or promotion of services that cannot be delivered. Lastly, creators are encouraged to maintain a positive and constructive content value, avoiding the use of AIGC to generate irrelevant, vulgar, or deceptive trending content solely for the purpose of attracting traffic.
