The State Council has released the Opinions on Fostering the Growth and Enhancing the Quality of the Service Sector, advocating for a comprehensive enactment of the 'AI Plus' strategy. This involves expediting the research, development, and utilization of intelligent programming tools, as well as supporting the acquisition of large-scale models and intelligent agent services. Concurrently, it will propel innovation in industrial software, set up compatibility and adaptation hubs for industrial software within pivotal sectors, alongside application demonstration centers. Furthermore, it will reinforce the development of fundamental software ecosystems and open-source communities, and refine the ecosystem for intelligent audio-visual systems.
