On April 21, the State Council released the Opinions on Promoting the Expansion and Enhancement of the Service Industry. It proposed a deep implementation of the "AI Plus" initiative, urging an acceleration in the research, development, and application of intelligent programming tools, along with an encouragement for the procurement of large-scale models and intelligent agent services. Concurrently, it aims to foster innovation in industrial software, establish centers for compatibility, adaptation, and application demonstration, and bolster the development of fundamental software ecosystems and open-source communities. Furthermore, it will refine the ecosystem of smart audio-visual systems, drive the widespread adoption of 5G technology, develop 5G-A networks, intensify research and development efforts in 6G technology, moderately expedite the development of mobile IoT ahead of schedule, and broaden the application services of satellite internet.
