On April 21st, a press conference was convened to announce details about the upcoming Second World Humanoid Robot Games. Jiang Guangzhi, the Director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, revealed that the event is scheduled to unfold at the National Speed Skating Oval—affectionately dubbed the 'Ice Ribbon'—from August 22nd through the 26th. This five-day extravaganza, jointly organized by the Beijing Municipal People's Government alongside other partners, is set to showcase more than 30 thrilling competitions.
