Billionaire Elon Musk plans to merge his AI startup xAI with rocket company SpaceX and overhaul xAI's management team ahead of what could be one of the largest initial public offerings ever. The changes have raised concerns about the company's stability as Musk pushes xAI to compete head-on with OpenAI and Google.
