On May 5, reports emerged that starting from May 2, numerous Nezha car owners experienced issues including in-car App network disconnections, remote control malfunctions, and inability to access the official website. On May 3, a subset of owners received notifications informing them that the App backend was undergoing maintenance. Presently, the Nezha Auto App and official website have both returned to normal operations. According to insiders, this outage was attributed to unpaid data traffic fees and a lack of oversight during the holiday period. It is important to note that this is not the first instance of malfunctions affecting the Nezha Auto official website and App. Nezha Auto is currently grappling with operational challenges and is actively pursuing financing to alleviate its debt burden.
