Following the triumphant domestic delivery of the revamped Model Y, Tesla inaugurated the bulk shipment to international markets yesterday (April 14). An initial consignment of over 3,000 vehicles has been embarked onto ships, poised to navigate to overseas destinations including Australia. This milestone signifies a significant step forward in the globalization of China-made electric vehicles of the new generation. The Panamanian-flagged roll-on/roll-off vessel, named "Great Stride," docked at the Shanghai South Port Terminal, scheduled to load 3,499 electric vehicles, with 3,015 being the revamped Model Y. It is anticipated to set sail for Port Kembla, Australia, upon the completion of loading that evening.
